What do you mean by Premium Tonewoods?

Building a guitar that plays and sounds great takes a lot of time and effort. When you as a luthier invest that time and effort we believe that you will only want to work with the best tonewoods for your builds.

When processing our rough lumber we meticulously inspect the woods and select each body blank, neck blank and top by hand to make sure we only offer tonewoods of the highest quality. Each hand picked piece of wood is then photographed and listed on our website. You will receive the exact same tonewoods you select on our site.

At thetonewoodshop.com you won't find 3 or 4 piece body blanks that are glued together from scraps and leftovers and then sold as "paint grade"

If we wouldn't use it for a build we will not offer it.
Building a high quality guitar requires high quality premium tonewoods. We only offer just that: tonewoods of the highest premium quality. We believe that when you are serious about building guitars you only want the best tonewoods for your next builds.

Are all your products listed on the website?

Yes, they are. Every product on our website is unique and a one off. You will receive the exact product as listed on our website.

Orders & Shipping

Can I come over and collect my order?

No, sorry you can't. Thetonewoodshop.com is an online shop only. We don't have a showroom or storefront.

When will you ship my order??

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a notification message including a link to track your shipment.

How fast is shipping?

That depends on your location. Orders shipped within the Netherlands or to Belgium are usually delivered the next day. Other countries within the EU will take a bit longer. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment.
